One of the questions I hear a lot is;
“How do I find a good therapist?”
Most of the time, this question comes from people who have had bad experiences with therapists, or they know someone who has had a bad experience with a therapist. Others have seen someone enter therapy, and then watched helplessly as that person made less than positive changes in their lives, often abandoning old values and beliefs in favor of something more reflective of the therapists’ own ideologies.
Modern therapists have largely become a stereotype of an ideologically driven social justice heroine, determined to convince you that everyone in your life is a toxic narcissist.
So how do you find a good therapist?
